Jedi academy to open in new San Diego location
The Jedi Academy in San Diego is set to open next month, with plans to offer online learning to the general public.
The academy, which opened in June, has been looking for a location in San Francisco since late 2017.
The academy currently offers online instruction through its online courseware, Jedi Academy for iOS and Android, and the academy’s website.
The new campus is set for completion this year, said Emily Schubert, a spokeswoman for the San Diego Convention Center.
The new campus will feature a three-story, three-level library, a library that offers a range of programs, including online courses, and a movie theater and other amenities, according to the announcement.
The library will be the second to be completed at the academy in San Jose, Calif.
The first was completed in 2019.
Schubert said the new academy is the first of its kind in San Antonio, the largest city in Texas, where the academy is located.
The San Antonio academy opened in 2016 and has about 200,000 students, according the academy.
